BOOKINGS: Please contact us to request cancellations or date changes. With 10 or more days’ notice, choose a free date change, 12-month credit or a 75% refund. With 4 to under 10 days’ notice, choose a free date change, 12-month credit or a 50% refund. With less than 4 days (96 hours), no change-of-mind refund applies; date changes or credit are discretionary. No-shows receive no refund or credit. These terms apply to new bookings from 11 September 2026; existing bookings retain the terms accepted at purchase.
